and any person making a purchase on the Platform (hereinafter the “Buyer”).
The Platform offers collectible cards, including but not limited to trading card games, sports cards, and other collectible cards, sold either directly by the Platform or on consignment on behalf of third-party sellers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
3. Nature of the Service – Consignment
Some items available on the Platform are sold on a consignment basis.
This means:
Certain cards are owned by third-party consignors.
The Platform manages the listing, payment processing, and shipping.
The Platform acts as the seller of record unless otherwise stated.
The Platform ensures that items match their descriptions.
4. User Account
The Buyer may be required to create an account to make purchases.
The Buyer agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activity under their account
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
5. Product Description
The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions are accurate.
Descriptions may include:
Photos form part of the product description.
Minor variations may exist.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in [Euro].
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, as specified.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before checkout.
The Platform reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of purchase will apply.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

9. Returns and Withdrawal
The Buyer may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of Buyer with Insurrance.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
Certain items may be non-returnable or 90% reduction, including:
Opened sealed items, great items could have a seal to avoid manipulation, damaging or switching cards.

10. Authenticity and Condition
The Platform does not knowingly sell counterfeit items.
If the Buyer believes an item is counterfeit, they must notify the Platform within 14 days of delivery.
For graded cards, the condition is based on the grading provided by the grading company.
The Platform is not responsible for subjective disagreements regarding condition.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or opportunity
Damages arising from misuse of products
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
